Job summary

Hawaiian in Almere is opening a brand-new location and seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the launch and daily operations. You will recruit and train a capable team, manage inventory and KPIs, and ensure top-level guest experiences with consistent food quality.

The role requires flexibility for training outside Almere and evenings/weekends. Competitive onboarding and growth opportunities support a fast-growing scale-up culture.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in hospitality.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
• Natural hospitality with a guest-first mindset.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to travel for training outside Almere during the first weeks.

What will you do?

Aloha! We're bringing the Aloha spirit to Almere. At the beginning of October, we're opening the doors of our brand-new Hawaiian Poke Bowl location, and we're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to make this opening a success.

Are you a natural leader with a passion for hospitality, ready to build your own team and restaurant from the ground up? Then we'd love to get to know you!

We're looking for someone who can start ASAP, so we can begin training on time. Please note: training will take place outside Almere, so flexibility to travel during the first few weeks is a must.

• Manage inventory, KPIs, schedules, and orders with a keen eye for detail
• Lead the team effectively and ensure smooth daily operations
• Recruit, train, and develop an efficient and motivated team
• Create an outstanding customer experience and resolve any complaints
• Ensure the presentation and quality of every bowl—with a smile

Who are you?

You bring the Aloha spirit into our restaurant! We're looking for someone who:

• Has extensive experience in hospitality
• Has leadership experience
• Has knowledge of safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) – a no-brainer for you
• Is naturally hospitable—hospitality is in your DNA
• Is a fan of our concept and loves healthy fast food
• Is flexible—you create the tastiest poke bowls, even during evenings and weekends
• Is flexible to travel for training outside Almere during the first few weeks
• You have a valid residence permit or work permit, and a BSN number.
