Job summary

Hawaiian Poké Bowl is looking for enthusiastic shift leaders to manage teams during busy shifts and ensure top-quality bowls. We provide training for those without leadership experience and welcome applicants eager to grow within the company.

We offer a base hourly wage with opportunities to advance, a part-time contract, and vacation benefits. You’ll work evenings and weekends in a dynamic fast‑food setting with a diverse team.

Qualifications

Experienced? You have worked as a shift leader or in a managerial role in hospitality or food service. You know how to lead a team and ensure a smooth, efficient shift.

No leadership experience? No problem! You have worked in hospitality or food service and are ready to take the next step. We’ll train you to become a great shift leader!

You are at least 18 years old and looking for a full-time job.

You understand or are eager to learn about safety and hygiene (HACCP).

Working flexible hours (evenings and weekends) is no issue for you.

You are customer-focused and can professionally handle inquiries or complaints.

You want to work in a dynamic team and grow within a rapidly expanding company!
