Job summary

Sircle Collection is seeking a Booking Office intern to handle guest reservations across the Netherlands and respond to questions via phone and email. You will work with the Commercial Team and Reservations to promote services and ensure guest satisfaction.

You should be a Hotelschool or Tourism student, fluent in English, and available from September 2026 for at least five months. Amsterdam-based candidates preferred with strong computer skills and hospitality affinity.

Qualifications

• Must be a Hotelschool or Tourism student.
• Excellent command of English in word and writing.
• Available from September 2026 for at least five months.
• Currently living and studying in or near Amsterdam.
• Internship required as part of curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Manage and confirm individual hotel bookings throughout the Netherlands, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Proactively promote and upsell hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience.
• Efficiently handle reservation modifications, special requests, and options, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries via phone and email
• Conduct daily administrative tasks such as monitoring arrivals and coordinating with hotel front desks.
• Collaborate closely with hotel front desks to optimize revenue generation and elevate customer satisfaction.
