The ideal candidate is a student in MBO/HBO education, fluent in English, and available for a minimum of 6 months. Qualifications

• Student currently studying a MBO/HBO education, preferably Hotel school.
• Traineeship must be part of current education.
• Minimum period of 6 months required.

Responsibilities

• Acceptance and entry of reservations by telephone, fax and email.
• Cancel / updating of reservations via the OnQ system.
• Ensure quality checks on existing reservations.
• Correct management of reservation documents.
