Qualifications

• Your internship lasts at least 6 months on a full-time or part-time basis.
• You are a student in hotel school, tourism or related education.
• Fluent English is required; Dutch is a plus.

• Process reservations, payments, and special requests swiftly.
• Prepare quotations for group requests and maintain contact with bookers.
• Handle guest complaints effectively.
