Responsibilities

• Manage and confirm hotel bookings throughout the Netherlands, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Proactively promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience.
• Handle reservation modifications and special requests with accuracy and timeliness.
• Serve as primary contact for guest inquiries via phone and email.
• Conduct daily administrative tasks and coordinate with hotel front desks.
• Collaborate with front desks to optimize revenue and guest satisfaction.
