Sircle Collection is seeking a Booking Office intern in Amsterdam to handle reservations across the Netherlands, answer guests\' questions, and arrange extra requests. You will have daily contact with guests, support front desk operations, and help maximize revenue.
You should be a Hotelschool or Tourism student with excellent English, available September 2026 for five months, and able to live near Amsterdam. The internship offers hands-on hotel experience, birthday off, and team events.
To run a successful hotel, you certainly need guests. We here at Sircle Collection think it is essential that our guests’ reservations are handled correctly and that their wishes and needs are fulfilled. As our Booking Office intern, you will have daily contact with our guests. Not only by making reservations but also by answering their questions and arranging extra requests.
To succeed in this role, we believe you should be a Hotelschool or Tourism student. You have excellent command of English in word and writing.
You are available as of September 2026 for a minimum period of five months.
It goes without saying that you have an affinity with hospitality, you are a natural and creative professional with good computer skills and know how to connect with different people and cultures. You’re pro-active and can manage multiple tasks at the same time. It’s important that you currently live and study in or close to Amsterdam.
This role is only available for candidates that are currently studying and need to complete an internship as part of his/her curriculum.
