Job summary

Sircle Collection is seeking a Booking Office intern to handle guest reservations across the Netherlands and respond to questions via phone and email. You will work with the Commercial Team and Reservations to promote services and ensure guest satisfaction.

You should be a Hotelschool or Tourism student, fluent in English, and available from September 2026 for at least five months. Amsterdam-based candidates preferred with strong computer skills and hospitality affinity.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and confirm individual hotel bookings throughout the Netherlands, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Proactively promote and upsell hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience.
• Efficiently handle reservation modifications, special requests, and options, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries via phone and email
• Conduct daily administrative tasks such as monitoring arrivals and coordinating with hotel front desks.
• Collaborate closely with hotel front desks to optimize revenue generation and elevate customer satisfaction.

Job description

To run a successful hotel, you certainly need guests. We here at Sircle Collection think it is essential that our guests’ reservations are handled correctly and that their wishes and needs are fulfilled. As our Booking Office intern, you will have daily contact with our guests. Not only by making reservations but also by answering their questions and arranging extra requests.

You will be part of the Commercial Team, working closely with our diverse Reservations team.

This is what you're going to do

• Manage and confirm individual hotel bookings throughout the Netherlands, ensuring guest satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, we believe you should be a Hotelschool or Tourism student. You have excellent command of English in word and writing. You are available as of September 2026 for a minimum period of five months. It goes without saying that you have an affinity with hospitality, you are a natural and creative professional with good computer skills and know how to connect with different people and cultures. You’re pro-active and can manage multiple tasks at the same time. It’s important that you currently live and study in or close to Amsterdam.

This role is only available for candidates that are currently studying and need to complete an internship as part of his/her curriculum.

Compensations

• The internship compensation is € 750,- gross per month based on a fulltime internship.
