Job summary

Meliá Hotels International is seeking an INNSiDE Reservations Agent to join a passionate team, delivering outstanding guest service and promoting the service culture values that set us apart. You will handle reservations and ensure an exceptional guest experience, leveraging local INNSiDER knowledge and team synergy.

You will serve guests via e-mail or phone, upsell where appropriate, and maintain the highest service standards while representing the Meliá brand across our INNSiDE properties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a service oriented role is required.
• Ideally experience with Opera CLOUD.
• Preferably speaking multiple languages.
• Being a real team player.
• Having an eye for detail and accurate working.

Responsibilities

• Deal efficiently with all guest requests via e-mail or telephone while maintaining high service standards.
• Promote sales through upsells and knowledge of products and services.
• Deliver exceptional guest experience by demonstrating service culture values.
