Job summary

A recruitment consultancy in Amsterdam is seeking a Dutch-speaking Researcher Recruitment Consultant. You will work with a boutique Private Equity firm to place C-Suite candidates across the Netherlands. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of agency recruitment experience, exceptional communication skills, and a self-motivated attitude. This role offers excellent commission, flexible work-from-home arrangements, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of 360 agency recruitment experience within any professional services sector.
• Able to articulate and communicate with C-Level profiles.
• Autonomously work without enforced KPIs or micromanagement.

Responsibilities

• Place C-Suite candidates across the Netherlands.
• Research and map the market to headhunt C-Level talent.
• Support interview processes and recruit for various projects.

What does the role entail?

Our client is a boutique Private Equity firm based in central Amsterdam with a reputation for bespoke consultative style. You will join their top‑performing Private Equity team and work alongside a manager to place C‑Suite candidates across the Netherlands. You will research and map the market, headhunt C‑Level talent, support interview processes and recruit for both retained and contingent projects. The role offers room to develop into senior and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of 360 agency recruitment experience within any professional services sector


• Bilingual in English & Dutch


• Exceptional communication skills – articulate and able to speak to C‑Level profiles


• Expert networking with global candidates and clients


• Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously – KPIs or micromanagement not enforced
