Our client, a prominent player in the IT & Finance Recruitment industry, is searching for an entry level Recruitment Consultant for their Amsterdam team. As an award winning global business, they have an exceptional training programme on offer for those looking to build their career.

What does the role entail?

The successful candidate will take part in a 3 months training programme to learn the recruitment life cycle.

Starting on the candidate side of the recruitment process, you’ll expertly source and screen candidates, meticulously matching them to your client's hiring requirements. You’ll have the opportunity to work in different departments while learning the business development side of the role.

With brilliant development opportunities, you can expand your career in candidate delivery, client development (sales) and people management. With clear achievable progression routes and a designated Learning & Development team to teach you everything you need to know about recruitment.

Qualifications

Higher education (HBO/WO) working and thinking level.
Experience in recruitment, sales, customer service or b2b advantageous.
