Who are we working with?

The Permanent People team is working on behalf of a boutique, innovative firm in the Private Equity recruitment industry. Our client is based in central Amsterdam and is known for their bespoke consultative style, which has earned them a brilliant reputation within the industry.

With 3 offices, they have a diverse team of individuals across their business. In Amsterdam they have a knit team of 4 who are looking to expand in the next year. This is an exciting time for our client and the people joining now will have the opportunity to develop into senior and leadership roles.

What does the role entail?

Our client is looking for a talented recruiter to join their ambitious team in Amsterdam. The successful candidate will join their top performing Private Equity team. You will work alongside a top performing manager to learn everything about placing C‑Suite candidates into Private Equity clients across the Netherlands.

The business has a well‑established client base, comprised of some of the world’s leading Finance brands. You will research and map the market, expertly headhunt C‑level talent and support them in the interview process with clients. You’ll recruit for both retained and contingent projects.

There’s lots of room to develop in this role. You can expand in the research element, build into a client‑facing role, and grow into people‑management.

• Languages – Must be bilingual English & Dutch
• Exceptional communication skills. Must be articulate and capable speaking to C‑level profiles
