Camunda is seeking a Technical Account Manager to partner with enterprise customers, guiding adoption of our platform and turning process orchestration visions into measurable value. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams, providing hands‑on technical guidance and strategic guidance, including on-site visits up to 50% during busy periods.

Candidates should have 3+ years in TAM or similar, hands‑on coding (Java/C#/Python), DevOps knowledge (Kubernetes), and proven relationship‑building

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Technical Account Manager or similar in enterprise software.
• Hands-on with a high-level programming language (Java, C#, or Python) and enterprise frameworks.
• Strong understanding of modern architectures and DevOps concepts, incl. Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and advise both technical and business stakeholders.
• Willingness to spend time on-site with clients (up to 50% during busy periods).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for designated enterprise customers.
• Create and execute tailored technical adoption plans to maximize outcomes.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and advisory services from onboarding to operations.
• Identify and mitigate risks by health checks and escalation management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Camunda teams to drive measurable outcomes at scale.
• Spend time on-site with accounts for key milestones when needed.
