Jobgether, on behalf of a partner FinTech in the Netherlands, seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead (non-tech) to strengthen a recruitment team. You will oversee non-technical hiring and end-to-end workflows in a fast-paced, international setting.

You will own recruitment performance, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements. Through mentoring and close collaboration with hiring managers and external partners, you will deliver strategic hires across Legal, Finance, Accounting and other

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years in end-to-end recruitment and full hiring lifecycle.
• Proven track record hiring non-technical roles (Legal, Finance, Accounting, Business Support).
• Knowledge of modern recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.
• Ability to own recruitment activities, execute with impact, and deliver measurable results.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multi-task and coordinate processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and service-oriented collaboration with candidates, managers and partners.
• Good English communication skills at an intermediate level (B1/B2) or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate recruitment for non-technical departments to ensure efficient operations and high-quality hires.
• Oversee end-to-end processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management, and hiring coordination.
• Manage pipelines and workflows to ensure timely delivery and positive stakeholder experience.
• Monitor KPIs and recruitment performance; use data-driven insights to improve hiring outcomes.
• Mentor, coach, and develop recruitment team members to strengthen capabilities.
• Coordinate multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and align priorities with business needs.
