Job summary

Beyond Connection seeks an HR & Recruitment Advisor to drive talent acquisition across Switzerland, the Netherlands (Baarn) and Singapore. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, build pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced, international setting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and about 5+ years in HR/recruitment, with affinity for tech profiles. You will work with HiBob and Recruitee, support onboarding, and help organize team events in a globally

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 5+ years in fast-paced international HR/recruitment environments.
• Experience recruiting highly skilled tech profiles (developers, traders, quants).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and ATS (Recruitee) and reporting insights.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage international top talent with maths/physics/quantitative background.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple offices (Switzerland, NL, Singapore).
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using creative sourcing.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Innovate recruitment practices and stay updated on industry trends.
• Attend international career fairs (e.g., MindPhair Zurich) and represent the firm.
• Communicate transparently with candidates and stakeholders; provide timely updates.
• Support HR in onboarding, manage HiBob HR platform, and keep HR files compliant.
• Co-organize internal events like Christmas dinner and ski trip.
