Job summary

CAE is seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to drive recruitment and HR operations across Taiwan and the wider Asia-Pacific region while based in the Netherlands. This fully remote role focuses on high-volume hiring, building pipelines, and ensuring compliance with Taiwan labor law.

You will work with the Asia leadership team, hiring managers, and external partners to accelerate hiring across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience in high-volume or multi-role recruitment.
• Strong practical knowledge of Taiwan labor law and local employment practices.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and strong English communication.
• Experience with international candidates and cross-border recruitment.
• Able to work Asia/APAC hours from the Netherlands.
• Strong sourcing capabilities, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience with EORs, recruitment agencies, payroll providers, legal firms is desirable.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• High ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle across Taiwan and international markets.
• Manage high-volume recruitment across Taiwan and international markets.
• Build candidate pipelines via sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, recruitment platforms, and networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate requirements into recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate interviews across time zones and stakeholders.
• Provide updates to the Director of Asia and VP on progress and priorities.
• Improve recruitment processes for scalability and efficiency.
• Provide day-to-day HR support for CAE employees in Taiwan.
• Apply Taiwan Labor Standards Act and local employment regulations to HR processes.
• Maintain accurate confidential records and ensure compliance with external partners.
• Support cross-border HR projects as CAE expands.
