Job summary

PSI CRO is seeking a Specialist Talent Acquisition for a temporary contract to manage end-to-end recruitment across Europe, with a focus on the Netherlands. The role is remote within the Netherlands, requiring legal eligibility to work there, and features a one-year contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Experience in Clinical Research, Pharmaceutical, or Biotechnology industries is advantageous.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, post, and maintain engaging job advertisements and recruitment materials.
• Proactively identify, source, and engage qualified vacancies through multiple channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and first-round interviews with comprehensive feedback.
• Maintain the ATS with candidates, requisitions, and recruitment activity records.
• Develop candidate pipelines for open and future opportunities within PSI.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
