Job summary

Almaviva-Do-Brasil-5 is seeking an Intermediate Platform Governance specialist to handle incoming tickets, document existing infrastructure, and support governance policies related to Microsoft 365. You will collaborate with administrators of other Microsoft 365 services to ensure smooth platform operations.

The role focuses on configuring SharePoint and OneDrive securely, aligning with organizational policies, and managing tenant-level settings, information architecture, and naming conventions.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring SharePoint/OneDrive per policy.
• Ability to define site templates and naming conventions.
• Knowledge of data protection and DLP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming tickets and document infrastructure.
• Support governance policies and Microsoft 365 feature changes.
• Collaborate with administrators to ensure smooth platform operations.
• Configure SharePoint and OneDrive securely and in line with policies.
• Monitor storage, usage and quotas; manage access and permissions.
• Apply DLP and sensitivity labels; oversee tenant-level settings.
