Job summary

NN Group N.V. is seeking two experienced SharePoint Lifecycle Specialists to support the Digital Workplace team. You will combine hands-on Microsoft 365 and automation expertise with stakeholder management to embed lifecycle management into daily operations.

Design and implement lifecycle policies, automate retention and archiving, and collaborate with ServiceNow and business stakeholders to drive governance and cost reduction. Hybrid work and a defined external assignment timeline are offered.

Qualifications

Extensive experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 lifecycle concepts.
Ability to translate governance requirements into automated workflows and policies.
Experience coordinating with product owners, engineers and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design and implement SharePoint and Microsoft 365 lifecycle solutions to control storage growth, reduce costs and strengthen governance
Configure automated classification, retention, archiving and remediation policies across Microsoft 365 environments
Collaborate with ServiceNow teams to automate lifecycle tasks, workflows, approvals and notifications
Coordinate with business stakeholders to review, classify and clean up unstructured data including orphaned sites
Document lifecycle policies, configurations and procedures for handover to Digital Workplace operations
