Job summary

almavivadebelgique is seeking an intermediate-level Microsoft 365 administrator to provide daily operational support for SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Defender, Purview and Copilot. You will handle incoming tickets, document the current infrastructure, and assist in governance and change management with the Platform Manager.

The role involves collaboration with other Microsoft 365 service administrators, PowerShell-driven configurations, and platform migrations, all while maintaining security

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 platforms including SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Defender, Purview and Copilot.
• Ability to design, deploy and troubleshoot endpoint management and security policies.
• Familiarity with ticketing, change management and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve daily support tickets for Microsoft services.
• Create and maintain documentation of current infrastructure and changes.
• Support platform migrations and configuration changes.
• Coordinate with administrators of other Microsoft 365 services for integrated support.
• Propose automation and process improvements using PowerShell or Graph API.
