Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365 governance and information lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, libraries, sites, hubs and permissions.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable collaboration solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision for SharePoint, Teams and file services.
• Own SharePoint, Teams and file collaboration topics.
• Translate business needs into scalable Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Support governance across SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
• Advise projects on solution design and platform limitations.
• Support migrations, restructures and post-go-live improvements.
• Contribute to archiving, retention and information lifecycle management.
• Improve large and complex SharePoint environments.
• Identify and resolve recurring SharePoint and Teams issues.
• Drive simplification and standardization across Microsoft 365.
• Work with stakeholders and suppliers to improve solutions.
• Support the move from legacy file services and Box to Microsoft 365.
• Maintain clear documentation, guidelines and decision principles.
