Job summary

Almaviva-Do-Brasil-5 is seeking an intermediate IT professional to provide daily operational support and administration for Microsoft cloud services, including SharePoint, Purview, Copilot, and Microsoft 365. You will handle incoming tickets, document existing infrastructure, and assist the Platform Manager in governance, policy development, and change management for new features.

This role is remote from Europe, suitable for freelancers and EU citizens, with a requirement to submit a Europass

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services, especially SharePoint and Purview.
• Familiarity with Copilot governance, data protection and access controls.
• Ability to document infrastructure and support governance policy development.

Responsibilities

• Core Copilot Administration: Secure deployment, access control, data protection and monitoring.
• Configure Access & Roles; Set Up Copilot Security Controls; Monitor oversharing and data exposure.
• Support AI regulatory compliance and respond to governance needs.
• Core Purview Administration: Data security, auditing, risk management and DLP for Copilot.
• Enable Purview AI security features and apply DSPM for AI.
• Audit and retain Copilot activity; investigate and respond to risks.
• Deployment & Governance: Follow foundational deployment steps; validate defaults and test policies.
• Monitor Copilot usage analytics and ensure smooth platform operation.
