Job summary

Almaviva Group is seeking an intermediate IT professional to provide daily operational support and administration for Microsoft cloud services including SharePoint, Purview, Copilot and other Microsoft 365 platforms. You will handle incoming tickets, create documentation, and assist the Platform Manager with governance policies and change management of new features released by Microsoft.

You will participate in deployment governance, monitoring and policy updates as features are released.

Qualifications

• Intermediate IT profile with daily operational support for Microsoft cloud services.
• Experience with governance policies and change management for Microsoft 365 features.
• Ability to document infrastructure and processes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support for Microsoft cloud services (SharePoint, Purview, Copilot, etc.).
• Handle incoming tickets and troubleshoot incidents.
• Create and maintain documentation of existing infrastructure.
• Support Platform Manager with governance policies and change management for new Microsoft features.
• Collaborate with other Microsoft 365 admins to ensure smooth platform operation.
