Job summary

Almaviva de Belgique seeks a SharePoint/OneDrive Platform Governance contractor to support governance policies, ticket handling, and documentation of the existing infrastructure. You will collaborate with admins across Microsoft 365 services to ensure smooth platform operations.

The role emphasizes secure configuration, policy alignment, and ongoing monitoring to maintain a healthy SharePoint/OneDrive environment in line with organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring SharePoint/OneDrive in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of governance, security, and data protection.
• Ability to document infrastructure and governance processes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming tickets and support platform governance.

Job description

The roles involve handling incoming tickets, creating documentation on the existing infrastructure, and supporting the Platform Manager creating governance policies, monitor and change management of new features released by Microsoft. The contractors will also

collaborate with administrators of other Microsoft 365 services to ensure smooth platform operations.

Platform Governance & Configuration

Ensure SharePoint and OneDrive are configured securely, consistently, and aligned with

organizational policies.

Tenant Level Configuration activities such as admin centre settings

Monitor storage, usage and quotas

Security, Compliance & Data Protection

Protect organizational data and ensure compliance with internal and external

requirements.

Manage access and permissions

Apply data Loss prevention & sensitivity labels and monitor

Operational Management

Maintain a healthy, performant, and well-supported SharePoint/OneDrive environment.
