Job summary
Jobgether, listed on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Senior Manager of Technical Strategy & Operations to be remotely based in the Netherlands. The role shapes technical strategies for decarbonization in textile manufacturing, combining industrial engineering, climate technology research, and strategic planning.
You will translate findings into actionable insights and lead cross-functional coordination to advance climate initiatives.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years in energy consulting or decarbonization research.
- Experience with factory-level process engineering.
- Professional fluency in English with strong written/verbal skills.
- Ability to translate complex topics into structured, accessible insights.
- Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent PowerPoint and technical documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate research and assessments of climate technologies.
- Build and maintain a library of technical analyses.
- Synthesize complex information into frameworks, conclusions, and insights.
- Prepare presentations and briefs for internal and external audiences.
- Improve knowledge management and documentation practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across technical teams.
- Track progress and momentum on strategic projects.
