Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in The Randstad, Netherlands. The Climate Strategy & Product Lead will be responsible for leading carbon accounting efforts, developing and implementing emission measurement procedures, and transforming organisational data into certified carbon footprints. This role also includes creating emission reduction strategies, preparing investor-grade disclosures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in carbon accounting and greenhouse gas (GHG) measurement, with expert knowledge of the GHG Protocol.
• Strong understanding of science-based targets (SBTi) and decarbonisation frameworks.
• Skills in developing and implementing emission reduction strategies across Scope 1, 2, and 3.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with AI- and software-driven solutions for carbon management.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and sustainability reporting (e.g. CSRD, ESRS, TCFD, CDP).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Data Science, Finance, or related field.
