Job summary

Jobgether seeks an experienced Technical Support Specialist to troubleshoot complex issues in a live SaaS environment. You will use SQL for diagnostics, support enterprise clients, and work with engineering to resolve advanced problems. The role offers remote work with exposure to Azure, SQL Server, .NET, Angular, and Power BI.

You will communicate with technical stakeholders, investigate root causes, and help maintain system performance and reliability across the stack.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional technical support in a SaaS or software environment.
• Proficient in writing SQL queries and diagnosing production data issues.
• Experience supporting production web-based applications with emphasis on availability and reliability.
• Ability to troubleshoot across databases, applications and networks using a structured approach.
• Strong English communication to explain technical issues to clients and internal teams.
• Initiative and ownership in investigations and proactive problem resolution.
• Experience with remote server environments and RDP or similar tools.
• Familiarity with SSO, Power BI, and Microsoft technologies (Azure/.NET).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production issues across database, application, and infrastructure layers.
• Write and execute SQL queries for diagnostics and root-cause analysis.
• Monitor production environments and address performance bottlenecks.
• Communicate findings to technical client stakeholders and coordinate resolutions.
• Escalate complex cases to engineering and collaborate on fixes.
• Maintain production observability via monitoring and logging tools.
• Improve internal troubleshooting documentation and processes.
• Support integrations like SSO, payment platforms, and Power BI reports.
