Jobgether is seeking an IT Operations & Cybersecurity Specialist for a partner company, based in the Netherlands. The role is remote, hands-on, and focuses on day-to-day IT administration, user support, and secure environments for multiple clients.

You will work with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, onboard devices to MDM, handle first-line issues, and contribute to vulnerability research and incident response playbooks. Autonomy and continuous learning are valued in this distributed team.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in IT operations, helpdesk, or similar role.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration.
• Familiarity with MDM solutions like Intune or Jamf.
• Scripting ability (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
• Good written and spoken English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provision and manage users, groups, permissions, and licenses in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
• Onboard Windows and macOS devices to MDM and manage configurations.
• Handle first-line IT support requests and escalate complex incidents.
• Perform weekly maintenance checks on patches, backups, and security alerts.
• Document fixes, SOPs, and runbooks; contribute to security initiatives.
