Job summary

Jobgether, partnering with a company in the Netherlands, is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate software delivery in a fully remote setup. You’ll drive planning, track milestones, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Business teams to keep projects on track from initiation to closure.

You will ensure governance, produce regular progress updates, and proactively manage risks and dependencies in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years IT project management or delivery experience, preferably software/mobile/web projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Business).
• Strong Jira and Confluence skills.
• Planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, scope management, and change control expertise.
• Experience with release planning, progress monitoring, escalation and KPI tracking.
• Knowledge of SDLC, QA, UAT, and production deployment processes.
• Efficient estimation, capacity tracking, and delivery forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects through full delivery lifecycle from planning to closure.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery trackers (Jira).
• Coordinate daily activities across Product, Engineering, QA, Business and stakeholders.
• Track deliverables, follow up with owners, address delays or blockers.
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and follow up on actions.
• Prepare status updates, dashboards, and management reports.
• Identify risks, issues, RAID logs, and dependencies; escalate when needed.
• Monitor scope changes and communicate impacts on timelines and resources.
• Maintain project documentation and decision logs; ensure governance.
