Jobgether is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist based in the Netherlands to manage the onboarding journey for new partners in the fintech and cryptocurrency space. You will collect KYC information, verify documents, and coordinate with Compliance, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure a smooth, timely onboarding process.

This role emphasizes accuracy, proactive communication, and independence in a fully remote environment.

Formación

• 1+ year of professional experience in customer onboarding, support, or related role.
• Strong attention to detail in reviewing documents and maintaining records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to explain processes to stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple onboarding cases and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and standard productivity tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Experience with KYC procedures or financial services is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary onboarding contact for new business partners and guide them through the process.
• Collect KYC documentation, ownership details, and required materials per compliance standards.
• Review submitted documents for completeness and accuracy and follow up on missing items.
• Enter and maintain partner data in CRM and internal systems, keeping records up to date.
• Coordinate with Compliance to review documents and manage case escalations through to approval.
• Monitor onboarding progress, identify delays, and inform partners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success for a smooth onboarding transition.
• Handle confidential information per privacy and data security procedures.
• Identify recurring onboarding challenges and suggest process improvements.
• Track activity, timelines, and documentation for efficiency and reporting.
• Support research and productivity with AI-powered tools.
