The Usual in Amsterdam is seeking a Reservations Specialist to handle inbound reservations, group bookings, and personalized guest solutions from our centrally based office. You will support guests pre- and post-stay with exceptional service and data accuracy.

You will collaborate with revenue, hotel operations, IT and other teams, ensuring clear instructions and data integrity while embracing our sustainability-minded culture and hybrid (3 days in-office) work model.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Dutch.
• Strong customer service mindset and hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Handle reservation requests via phone, email, and live chat.
• Manage reservations, grouping, contracting, and payments.
• Support revenue strategy with upgrades and upsells and monitor demand.
