Job summary

Hotel Okura Amsterdam, a leading 5-star hotel, seeks a Group Reservations Agent to join our Reservations team in Amsterdam. You will manage group bookings, provide detailed information on hotel facilities, and coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless stays and events.

Excellent Dutch and English skills are essential, along with a commercial mindset. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, including occasional holidays, within a dynamic, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Work experience in a similar Reservations role.
• Excellent knowledge of both Dutch and English (oral and written).
• Commercially driven and sales experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Inform guests about hotel facilities and up-sell/cross-sell facilities.
• Evaluate stays with contacts after group departures to improve service and bookings.
• Send out group contracts per hotel industry policies.
• Distribute information sheets to relevant departments.
• Apply cancellation policies.
