Job summary

Zoku in Amsterdam is seeking a Reservations Manager to lead the central Reservations team across four locations, owning the reservation journey from inquiry to confirmed bookings.

You will establish structure, standards and a positive frontline experience, coach eight team members, drive KPIs like response times and conversion, and collaborate with Revenue, Sales and Marketing. This is a full-time role based at the Amsterdam Support Office with a hybrid policy.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience within Reservations or a related operational department with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with reservation systems and PMS, GDS platforms and OTAs.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or another European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Reservations team to meet clear goals and provide ongoing feedback.
• Create a warm, genuine first impression for residents, bookers and partners.
• Drive performance and conversion by monitoring KPIs and improving service quality.
