Job summary

Zoku Amsterdam is seeking a Reservations Coordinator to be the primary contact for future residents, handling inquiries and bookings from our Support Office. You will drive sales through effective communication and ensure a seamless pre-arrival experience, reporting to the Reservations Manager.

You will work from our Amsterdam office, coordinating with residents, partners and bookers across locations. A service mindset, organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality are essential values

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel reservations/reception or a service-oriented role.
• Fluent in English; other languages (French, German, Dutch) a plus.
• EU resident or valid working permit for the Netherlands.
• Full-time availability, 40 hours per week.
• Experience with OTAs & PMS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch customer service via phone and email to future residents.
• Handle financial tasks: invoices, payments, and generate reports for reservations and revenue optimization.
• Engage with corporate bookers and support Reservations interns; collaborate with Sales Managers.
• Upsell stays and convert inquiries into bookings to grow loyalty.
