Job summary

Axon in the Netherlands is seeking a Regional Technical Implementation Manager to drive customer success and technical adoption of Axon products across the region. You will serve as the technical expert, collaborating with customers and partners to ensure successful deployments and adoption.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and English written and verbal communication is essential.
• Strong technical foundation across networking, SaaS platforms, Windows environments and identity management.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Become the dedicated technical expert across the Axon ecosystem, maintaining deep knowledge of product deployments.
• Serve as a technical liaison between Axon, the customer, and delivery partners.
• Follow-up on all requests submitted from customers.
• Work with the sales team to support existing customers.
• Manage tickets and RMAs through the adoption lifecycle.
• Travel may be required, up to 40%, nationally and internationally.
• Coordinate and schedule regular calls with existing customers.
• Focus on customer loyalty and proactive value delivery.
• Facilitate integration with existing customer platforms.
• Installation and commissioning.
