Axon in the Netherlands seeks a Deployment Engineer to drive customer success and technical adoption of Axon products. You will be the technical expert across deployments, liaising with customers and partners, following up on requests, and supporting sales for existing clients.

Remote role with up to 40% travel across Benelux and beyond. You'll handle tickets, RMAs, and coordination with internal teams to ensure successful adoption and integration with customer platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent Dutch and English written and verbal communication is essential.
• Strong focus on managing customer success adoption.
• Proven ability to work with all levels in an organization and build partnerships.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with technical troubleshooting skills.

Aufgaben

• Become the dedicated technical expert across the Axon ecosystem, maintaining deep knowledge of current and expanding deployments.
• Serve as a technical liaison between Axon, the customer, and strategic delivery partners.
• Follow-up on all requests submitted from customers and coordinate regular calls.
• Work with the sales team to support existing customers and manage tickets and RMAs.
