• Fluent Dutch and English written and verbal communication required.
• Strong technical background spanning networks, SaaS platforms, identity management, and enterprise software administration.
• Ability to work with customers at multiple levels and drive technical adoption.

Responsibilities

• Become the dedicated technical expert across the Axon ecosystem and deployments.
• Serve as the technical liaison between Axon, customers, and delivery partners.
• Follow up on all customer requests and coordinate with sales to support existing customers.
• Manage tickets and RMAs and oversee the adoption life cycle.
• Travel up to 40% nationally and internationally as needed.
• Schedule regular calls with existing customers and coordinate onboarding.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer loyalty and outcomes.
• Facilitate integration with existing customer platforms and perform installation and commissioning.
