Job summary

Axon is seeking a Mission Support Manager to drive customer success and technical adoption of Axon products across the Public Safety sector. You will act as a technical expert, liaising with customers and delivery partners, and supporting sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes travel, across Northern Europe and beyond, with a strong bias toward proactive engagement and solution-oriented collaboration. Flexible, remote-capable environment with regional responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and English written and verbal communication skills is essential.
• Tactically focused on managing customer success adoption.
• Mission driven mentality, highly motivated, with a drive to execute on tasks.
• Strong technical foundation including working knowledge of: Enterprise networking, SaaS platforms, Windows/AD, integration patterns, and troubleshooting across software and network domains.

Responsibilities

• Become the dedicated technical expert across the Axon ecosystem, maintaining deep knowledge of product deployments.
• Serve as a technical liaison between Axon, the customer, and strategic delivery partners.
• Follow-up on all requests submitted from customers.
• Work with the sales team to support existing customers.
• Manage tickets and RMA through the adoption life cycle.
• Travel up to 40%, nationally and internationally.
• Coordinate and schedule regular calls with existing customers.
• Focus on customer loyalty and ongoing success.
