Axon is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager to drive customer success and technical adoption of Axon products across public safety sectors in the region. You will act as the technical expert, liaising between customers and delivery partners while supporting sales, tickets, and RMAs throughout adoption.

This role requires deep networking and SaaS knowledge, strong communication in Dutch and English, and willingness to travel internationally.

• Fluent Dutch and English written and verbal communication is essential.
• Tactically focused on managing customer success adoption.
• Mission-driven, highly motivated with drive to execute tasks.
• Strong technical foundation across networking, SaaS, and enterprise software.

Responsabilités

• Be the dedicated technical expert across Axon ecosystem and deployments.
• Serve as a technical liaison between Axon, customers, and partners.
• Follow-up on customer requests and support existing customers with sales.
• Manage tickets and RMAs through the full adoption life cycle.
• Travel up to 40% nationally and internationally.
• Coordinate regular calls with customers and drive loyalty.
• Proactively identify opportunities to expand use of Axon products.
• Facilitate integration with existing customer platforms, installation and commissioning.
