Jobgether is seeking a Recruitment Lead to drive excellence in a fully remote, international talent acquisition environment. You will guide Recruitment Specialists, ensure high assessment standards, and own selected roles while collaborating with founders.

Competenze

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency or high-growth environment.
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring recruiters is a strong advantage.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills with clear evaluation decisions.
• Ability to deliver direct, constructive, and specific feedback to improve performance.
• Excellent client-facing communication, including written updates and calls.
• Experience recruiting across diverse functions (marketing, sales, creative, operations).

• Review and approve candidate scorecards before client submission.
• Observe screening interviews and coach interviewing techniques.
• Attend client interviews and translate observations into feedback.
• Manage weekly team performance scoreboard and track placements.
• Monitor active recruitment pipelines and intervene to prevent delays.
• Provide clients with weekly written updates on open positions and outcomes.
• Hands-on recruitment for one or two searches end-to-end.
• Allocate new searches across the team based on capacity.
• Train new recruiters and improve standard operating procedures.
• Identify performance concerns early and take corrective actions.
• Track KPIs like 90-day retention and time-to-fill.
• Follow a 30/60/90-day onboarding plan for new hires.
