• Able to work independently and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Acquiring new clients within the European market.
• Managing client relationships and intake calls.
• Handling vacancies from A to Z.
• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Screening and guiding candidates throughout the process.
• Closing placements and building long-term partnerships.
• Helping improve internal processes and structure.
