Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Product Manager for International Money Movement based in the Netherlands. You will own a new product from 0-1 to commercialisation and scale, shaping strategy and roadmap while coordinating with engineering, compliance, and commercial teams.

You’ll drive market insights, define features, prioritise based on customer feedback, and guide technical flows and APIs. This role emphasizes an AI-first approach and global payments impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with focus on international payments/remittance.
• Proven track record of launching products from 0-1 through commercialisation and scale.
• Deep knowledge of international payments, remittance, wallets, and account-to-account models.
• Strong technical acumen to understand flows, APIs, and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Strong commercial mindset to articulate product value and drive adoption.
• Strategic thinker with ability to own product vision and identify new market opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on international payments and remittance trends.
• Define and maintain product strategy and roadmap with milestones and timelines.
• Analyze product and market data to inform decisions and improve performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, compliance, legal, fraud, and client teams.
• Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and technical flows for dev teams.
• Oversee product delivery from ideation to launch, optimisation, and scaling.
• Plan launches with sales and marketing; monitor KPIs and progress.
