Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Product Owner Lead (Payments) based in the Netherlands, working with a partner company. You will lead the product strategy for a portfolio of payment products, mentor Product Owners, and Own the core payment aggregator service in a fast-moving international environment.

You will engage with B2B customers, drive API-first product delivery, and balance customer experience with technical and regulatory considerations, while aligning with business priorities and performance

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Product Owner, including at least 1 year in a Lead role
• Strong hands-on payments domain experience: PSPs, gateways, orchestration, antifraud
• Experience with B2B products, customer requirements, integrations
• Familiar with Product Discovery, Delivery, and Agile/Scrum
• Reading API specs and working with logs/transaction data
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript/SQL and UX/UI basics
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with third-party casino platforms, crypto payments or PCI/KYC a plus

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a shared vision for payment products and services
• Collaborate with Product Owners to align and prioritise roadmaps
• Lead, mentor, and develop Product Owners
• Act as Product Owner for the core payment aggregator service
• Ensure high-quality, timely delivery across payment domains
• Work with B2B customers to gather requirements and coordinate integrations
• Coordinate dependencies across product, engineering, and operations teams
• Improve product processes, documentation, and analytics
• Maintain API docs and integration guides
