Job summary

HousingAnywhere in Rotterdam seeks an experienced Product Manager to build growth engines across internal capabilities—from financial infrastructure to marketing tech. You will bridge technical complexity with business strategy, enabling Marketing, Finance, Sales, Trust & Safety with scalable tools.

You will shape AI-enabled workflows, own Payments & Payouts, risk management, and ensure compliant, scalable money flows while collaborating across our multi-brand ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management in Marketplace, FinTech, or SaaS.
• Strategic mindset with attention to execution details.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent cross-functional communication across Marketing, Finance, Sales, Trust & Safety.
• AI fluency and experience with build/buy/prompt decisions.
• Technical depth to understand integrations and data flows.
• Data-driven with experience in event-based analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal Admin Panel and tooling as a core product, exploring AI-assisted workflows to reduce manual effort.
• Define roadmap for attribution, affiliate networks, and CRM integrations for scalable growth.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure robust platform infrastructure and clean data pipelines.
• Own Payments & Payouts domain and AI-powered KYC/KYB processes with regulatory compliance.
• Balance security and user experience, deploying risk-scoring models at scale.
