Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Product Lead to shape product strategy and drive innovation in the fast-paced iGaming space. You will mentor Product Managers, oversee roadmaps, and translate market opportunities into impactful experiences in a fully remote, international team.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver data-driven solutions, align priorities, and continuously improve product processes for scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Product Lead or similar leadership role in iGaming.
• Strong product management experience within iGaming, with market dynamics knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor Product Managers and build high-performing teams.
• Expertise in product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and end-to-end execution.
• Strong analytical skills with product metrics, A/B testing, and hypothesis validation.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and aligning stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives and growth.
• Lead and develop Product Managers, fostering ownership and collaboration.
• Oversee roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution across initiatives.
• Improve product management processes to strengthen business-technical collaboration.
• Drive data-informed decisions using analytics, metrics, and experimentation.
• Identify opportunities for optimization from customer insights and market trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities and manage dependencies.
• Monitor performance and implement improvements to maximize results.
