Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Product Owner (Matchmaking) based in the Netherlands to shape the post-purchase customer journey. You will own product improvements from hypothesis to experiments, working at the intersection of product, data, engineering, and design to optimize activation, personalization, and engagement for paying users on a globally distributed, remote-first platform.

You will lead cross-functional teams and drive experiments to improve match relevance, invitations, and conversations,

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience in a B2C product role focusing on customer journey, activation, onboarding, or first-session optimization.
• Experience with products featuring large volumes of offers, listings, or connections where discovery and relevance are central.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-purchase customer journey and reduce friction to achieve meaningful matches quickly.
• Optimize matching and recommendation relevance to balance options and trust.
• Increase meaningful engagement and early-week quality matches for new customers.
• Design and implement engagement mechanisms (gamification, nudges, reminders) to drive conversations.
• Leverage segmentation and personalization to improve recommendation quality and outcomes.
• Identify growth opportunities via product metrics and customer feedback across the post-purchase journey.
• Define hypotheses, success metrics, and actionable requirements for experiments.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with engineers, designers, analysts, and data scientists.
• Plan and run A/B tests and other experiments; iterate on successful initiatives.
