Job summary

Jobgether is hiring a Director of Product-Led Growth to architect and execute a scalable, revenue-generating PLG engine for a global cloud tech business. You will own ARR and drive freemium to paid conversion, expansion, and retention, working across Marketing, Product, Engineering and Sales.

You will formalize data-driven growth strategies, optimize the customer journey, and identify monetization opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven PLG leadership within a SaaS/cloud provider environment.
• Direct ownership of ARR, acquisition, freemium to paid conversion and retention.
• Translate complex cloud/dev tools into self-serve experiences.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, Engineering and Sales.
• Strong analytics: funnel optimization, activation, monetization and retention.
• Understanding of developer workflows, cloud infra, AI-enabled development.
• Excellent analytical thinking, strategic judgment and stakeholder influence.
• Experience scaling PLG revenue across international, remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product-led revenue growth strategy and ARR from self-service funnel.
• Drive international acquisition and performance targets across markets.
• Align Marketing, Product, Eng, and Sales to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Identify and monetize in-product opportunities; optimize onboarding.
• Improve customer engagement, retention and lifetime value.
• Establish data-driven growth metrics and run hypothesis testing.
• Collaborate with product leaders on AI-assisted development opportunities.
