Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Designer for Growth/Website, based in the Netherlands. You will own the design and optimization of website pages and landing pages to drive conversions, leading cross‑functional initiatives from hypothesis through rapid experimentation.

You will collaborate with growth, marketing, product, engineering and analytics to translate business goals into compelling, data‑driven experiences while elevating design systems and storytelling across a remote-enabled,

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in product design with end-to-end ownership of website and landing page projects.
• Proven CRO, A/B testing and experimentation experience including hypothesis development, test design, significance, and iterative improvement.
• Excellent UI and visual design skills with portfolio showing polished, conversion-focused experiences.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn from experiments and data.
• Strong storytelling and understanding of visual hierarchy and conversion-centric design.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Amplitude, Google Analytics) to combine data with insights.
• Experience managing web experiments and product launches from concept through QA.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholders and creative teams.
• Experience building and evolving design systems for marketing websites.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational skills balancing speed, experimentation and high design standards.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design and optimization of website and landing pages, identifying conversion opportunities and launching initiatives.
• Define problem statements, establish success metrics, develop hypotheses, and create prototypes for rapid experiments.
• Plan, execute, and iterate on A/B tests using results and insights to improve conversions.
• Deliver high-quality visuals and intuitive interfaces while upholding brand and design system standards.
• Collaborate with growth, marketing, sales and product teams to translate business goals into customer-focused experiences.
• Develop visual and written storytelling for new products, features, launches and offers.
• Partner with product managers, engineers and data analysts to plan and evaluate experiments.
• Design high-performing landing pages for product launches in collaboration with marketing teams.
• Maintain design craftsmanship and provide feedback to uplift the design team.
• Oversee QA for web experiments and launches to ensure alignment with objectives.
