Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Product Lead or similar leadership role in iGaming.
• Strong product management experience within iGaming, with market dynamics knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor Product Managers and build high-performing teams.
• Expertise in product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and end-to-end execution.
• Strong analytical skills with product metrics, A/B testing, and hypothesis validation.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and aligning stakeholders.

As a Product Lead, you will shape product strategy and drive the development of innovative solutions in the fast-paced iGaming industry. You will oversee product roadmaps, guide strategic prioritization, and ensure that product initiatives deliver measurable business value. In this leadership role, you will mentor and develop Product Managers while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Working closely with business, technical, and other cross-functional teams, you will translate customer needs and market opportunities into impactful product experiences. You will leverage analytics, experimentation, and competitive insights to inform decisions and optimize product performance. • Solid expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, and end-to-end product execution.


• Strong analytical skills, including experience with product metrics, A/B testing, experimentation, and hypothesis validation.


• Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and aligning diverse stakeholders around shared objectives.
