Job summary

Time Doctor is seeking a Growth Product Manager to lead product-led growth across the customer lifecycle for a fully remote, global team. You will own the growth levers behind our self-serve motion, shaping the growth roadmap and driving experiments that move revenue metrics.

Qualifications

• Product management experience in B2B SaaS, growth-focused
• Hands-on with A/B testing and experiments
• Strong analytical skills: define KPIs, analyze funnels, translate data into recommendations
• Experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel)
• Clear written communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Fluency with AI tools and LLMs in product work

Responsibilities

• Partner with growth leadership to shape strategy and priorities
• Own growth roadmap and KPIs from conversion to retention and expansion
• Identify high-impact growth opportunities using data and insights
• Design, run and analyze experiments; document readouts and decisions
• Prototype ideas with AI tools; write PRDs and work with eng/design
• Define, track and report growth metrics and provide context
• Collaborate across product, eng, design, data, marketing and customer teams to drive outcomes
